Important Instructions Before Import

Download and use the provided sample Excel file only.
Do not modify, rename, add, remove, or reorder any column headers.
Gender must be one of: Male, Female, Others
Date of Birth and Joining Date must be entered in the format: dd/mm/yyyy (Example: 18/06/2026).
Contact Number must contain exactly 10 digits.
Aadhaar Number must contain exactly 12 digits.
Department, Designation, Employee Type, Attendance Type and Reporting To Designation names must exactly match the master data available in the system.
Reporting To Designation should contain a valid designation name available in the system. This field is optional and may be left blank if the employee/worker does not report to any designation.
Duplicate Mobile Numbers and Aadhaar Numbers are not allowed.
Blank rows should be removed before uploading the file.
After uploading, a preview will be generated showing whether each row is valid or invalid.

The "Import Clean Rows" button will import only valid rows and automatically skip invalid rows.

Review all errors carefully in the preview screen before proceeding with the final import.

Note: If any master data such as Department, Designation, Employee Type, Attendance Type, or Reporting To Designation does not exist in the system, the row will be marked as invalid and will not be imported. Reporting To Designation is optional and can be left blank.
